This Agreement is dated September 30, 2026, between CLARA SIGNAL (“Service Provider”) and the Client. Use of the service indicates acceptance, subject to applicable law.

Platform service
CLARA SIGNAL is a SaaS platform for trade execution automation. It is not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser, Portfolio Manager, Research Analyst, Broker, or Fund Manager.
Trading decisions
The platform provides software tools, not personalized investment advice or profit assurances. Users make their own trading decisions and remain responsible for their accounts.
Trading risk
Trading can result in substantial or total capital loss. Market volatility, execution errors, broker/API outages, internet issues, and software defects can affect results. Liability limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
No profit guarantee
Past, backtested, or simulated results are not guarantees. Live results can differ due to charges, taxes, slippage, liquidity, and execution delays. Do not trade money you cannot afford to lose.
Fees and refunds
Subscription fees pay for platform access and infrastructure, not trading performance. Fees are non-refundable except where a refund or remedy is required by applicable law.
Your responsibilities
Refresh broker sessions as required, actively monitor orders, margins, and MTM, and disable automation during abnormal conditions. You are responsible for your settings and capital allocation.
Settings and third parties
Changes to symbols, lot size, timing, or logic can affect behavior. Broker, exchange, and API services may fail. Credential encryption depends on support and configuration in the deployment.

By checking “I Agree,” registering, or paying, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. Any indemnity or waiver applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
